Chris did a phenomenal job!!! We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing.  Chris helped talk us through all the main concerns and was extremely thorough with the whole process from the roof to the basement.  His reports were awesome, with pictures of areas of concern and corrections that could be made.   The summary repair list with pictures made the repair request a breeze and helped us understand exactly what issues were present.  This list is also good to have to know your house better and know what might need fixed in future, kind of like a road map to your house!!  I had no clue what some issues meant and had to ask him several questions and he was more than professional, he was kind and you don't see that much these days!! He truly was a huge help with our home inspection and will be recommending him to others as well as always using his services for our home buying needs!!! Great job!!!

The report was very thorough and SO helpful. I appreciate the detail you put into the report and the time you took to explain everything. As a first time home buyer, I would have accepted anything you sent me, but as a logical human being, I would have looked it up. I didn't have to with your report! Chris is prompt and professional. The inspection is the one thing I was most nervous about with buying our first home and he made it easy and answered all of my questions.
