My Experience As A Home Inspector and Resident of Southwestern Illinois
Hi, my name is Christopher Currins, owner of CBC Home Inspections, a full-time professional home inspection business established in 2006. As a lifelong resident of southwestern Illinois I have family and many friends throughout this area. I have inspected homes and light commercial buildings from as far south as Waterloo and as far north as Carrollton, from the border of the Mississippi River to as far east as Keyesport at Carlyle Lake; and everywhere in between. I have met so many people and families of all walks of life along the way.
Before becoming a professional home inspector I have been involved with constructing and renovating 100's of homes. I have completely restored dozens of homes, inside and out, by myself, many of them were over 100 years old. I have learned a lot along the way regarding the different way homes were built and the many changes that have taken place over the last 150 years.
